Back to School Program

The Salvation Army Back-to-School program is available to assist low income/working poor families to purchase new school clothing and school supplies for children in Kindergarten through Grade 12.

To apply for this program, parents/legal guardians must provide the following: proof of ALL household income, birth certificates for each child, proof of residence and proof of monthly expenses. To participate, you must be a resident of Centre County.

Application Dates and Times:

June 12th – June 16th 10AM to 3:00PM (These will be the only dates and times we are able to take applications)

You do not need to make an appointment come with your documents during the dates and times listed above. No applications will be taken without all required documents.

We Are... The Kettles!

The Salvation Army of Centre County launched its inaugural “We Are…The Kettles” with area companies in 2016. Although the “on-line” red kettles are still open to donate until the end of January, we are please to announce that eleven companies helped our fundraising effort.
